LameXP 4.06 Build 1170 Final + Portable

Маленькая утилита LameXP конвертирует аудиофайлы из форматов MP3, FLAC, Wave, Musepack, Ogg Vorbis, WavPack, AAC/MP4, Speex и APE в MP3, AAC и OGG с помощью соответствующих бесплатных кодеков. Присутствует поддержка пакетной обработки файлов, редактирования тэгов, необходимые инструменты для управления качеством получаемых аудиофайлов.

Provides a graphical user-interface for WindowsXP*

Supports PCM Wave-Audio files, MP3 files and raw PCM files

Supports variable bitrate MP3 files and avarge bitrate encoding
Supports Mono, Stereo, Joint Stereo and Dual Mono
Supports ID3 Tags (ID3v1 and ID3v2)
Supports Resampling and Stereo/Mono Downmixing
Supports varoius encoder quality/speed modes
